Problem: Users with the SecurID 3.0 app and Android 12 are unable to import a software token by tapping a link received from the administrator. 

Workaround: The user can import the token by copying and pasting the URL directly into the SecurID app. SecurID will restore the tap-to-launch feature in a future release.
