Resolution
Issue is resolved after upgrading DB2 Divers and JDK as belwo:
1) DB2 Driver: IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ 4.23.42
2) JDK version - 1.8.0_181 , by applying upgradeJDK18_u181.tar provided with 7.1.0 P06
