Web-Tier Status Definitions
RSA Authentication Manager displays the status of each web tier on the Web Tiers list page in the Operations Console. The following table describes the possible statuses.
Status | Description |
Pending Connection | The web tier is attempting to connect to the primary server after you install the web-tier package. |
Updating in Progress | The update is in progress. Displays after you click the Update link. |
Online | The web tier is onlineand the services that you enabled are available. For example, the Self-Service Console, risk-based authentication (RBA), and CT-KIP. |
Offline | The web tier is offline and no services are available. For example, the Self-Service Console, RBA, and CT-KIP services. |
