Error: "Access denied. Auth lock error" using radius test client
Resolution
On the ACE/Server administration:

1. Agent host > Edit the Agent host > Select the Agent host

2. Uncheck the box "Name locking is required" and click OK

3. Bring up the log monitor and try the authentication again
