Apache graceful restart does not work on SuSE 9.0 with the 4.7 Agent.

Issue
When attempting to restart the Apache web server with the ./apachectl (the graceful command), some of the httpd processes from the previous start will not shut down properly. If you run the command ps -eaf | grep httpd, you will find several httpd process that must be manually eliminated with the unix "kill" command first before the apache server can be restarted.
