IP Address 1.0.0.0 is populating within enVision
Resolution
Under Administration - Devices - Manage Monitored Devices, an unknown IP address of 1.0.0.0 is shown.
This IP address is populated when enVision receives SNMP traps it does not recognize. To resolve the issue, correct the configuration of the device sending the traps.
To look at the events causing the issue, create an empty file called udc_traphandler.log in the enVision logs folder (e:\nic\<version>\<site name>\logs), and bounce the NIC trapd service.
