RSA Access Manager 4.8 Agent for Sun Java Web Server 7.0
Issue
The SJWS may be run in either 32 bit or 64 bit mode. It is not clear from the documentation if the 4.8 Agent is supported when the web server is running in 32 bit mode.
Cause
The 4.8 Agent includes both 32 bit and 64 bit binaries. The agent agent was initially only qualified when running in 64 bit mode.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in hotfix 4.8.0.35 Contact RSA Customer Support and request this hotfix or the latest hotfix for this version. This hotfix includes the latest 32 bit binaries for the 4.8 Agent for SJWS. RSA Engineering has validated with this hotfix that the agent works correctly when run in 32 bit mode. All future hotfixes will include both 32 bit and 64 bit binaries. Make sure you apply the binaries that are appropriate for you installation.
