Issue
RSA Validation Manager services do not start, after fixing disk space issues
The database files under the folder "RSA Validation Manager\ValidationServer\db" have not been updated since the disk space was cleared up and RVM services were restarted.
The RSAValidationManager3.1VS service does not start.  When the service is restarted, the passphrase is not rejected at the time of entry but error.log has the following entries indicating incorrect passphrase:

Cause
One or more database files were corrupted due to 100% disk space utilization.
Resolution
Stop all RSA Validation Manager services, restore RSA Validation Manager folder from a most recent backup taken immediately before the disk space problems, then restart RSA Validation Manager services.
Workaround
Disk space usage on the RSA Validation Manager host had gone up to 100% capacity. Disk space was cleared up and then RSA Validation Manager services were restarted.
