A belated welcome to the RSA community!

You can still use any [RSA Authentication
    Agent](
    https://community.rsa.com/t5/securid-authentication-
agents/ct-p/authentication-agents) to test connectivity. For example, for the
RSA Authentication Agent 7.4.5 for Microsoft Windows installed on a Windows 10
    machine,

    1. On the Security Console, create an agent record for a new agent ( **Access** > **Authentication Agent** > **Add New** ).
    2. Generate an sdconf.rec file ( **Access** > **Authentication Agents** > **Generate Configuration File** ).
    3. Install the agent, using the configuration file downloaded above. More detailed steps are in the [_RSA Authentication Agent 7.4 for Microsoft Windows Installation and Administration Guide_](
    https://community.rsa.com/t5/securid-authentication-agent-for/rsa-authentication-agent-7-4-for-microsoft-windows-installation/ta-p/564848).
    4. Start the authentication activity monitor on the Security Console ( **Reporting** > **Real Time Activity Monitors** > **Authentication Activity Monitor** ). Be sure to click **Start Monitor**.
    5. From the agent machine, launch the RSA Control Center. Navigate to **Advanced Tools** > **Test Authentication**. You will be prompted for a user ID and passcode. Run the test and watch the Authentication Activity Monitor.

If you already have agents that you would like to test, skip to step 4.
