Oracle fails to start after modify host script
Any thoughts on this issue and how to resolve.

IGL: 7.5 P4

Oracle 19c

All onboard

Suse 12.4

Modifiedhostname.sh

acm startoracle
CRS-4622: Oracle High Availability Services autostart is enabled.
CRS-6706: Oracle Clusterware Release patch level ('724960844') does not match
Software patch level ('4034303326'). Oracle Clusterware cannot be started.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
CRS-4639: Could not contact Oracle High Availability Services
PRCD-1027 : Failed to retrieve database AVDB
PRCR-1070 : Failed to check if resource ora.avdb.db is registered
CRS-5168 : unable to communicate with ohasd

    I noted 6 cases where customers reported this issue and resolved it
    themselves. The solution was not recorded. I have to assume the solution is
    simple but not obvious immediately after the failure.

    I am facing the same issue, could you please tell us? How did you solve this issue.

    PRCD-1120 : The resource for database AVDB could not be found.

    PRCR-1001 : Resource ora.avdb.db does not exist
