Does RSA ID Plus support an environment that is Air Gapped with absolutely no internet connection?
Do any of the levels (E1, E2, E3) support that? The server would have no way to talk to the RSA cloud, not even through some sort of proxy device.. This is specifically in regards to ID Plus and not the old Licenses Model. We were hoping to migrate to ID Plus and have a single License/SKU per token rather than the software token+user license model we currently use and struggle with when it comes to renewals.

Our new models ID Plus allows the flexibility to be on-prem, cloud and hybrid.
E1-H, E2 ,E3 are options that include the on-prem authentication manager license to install on a VM or physical appliance. You will only have the option to deploy software tokens (SID820) that are included in IDPlus or hardware token (SID700).

You will have to use legacy RSA Authentication Manager which is on-prem solution.
