Solutions for managing Technical Accounts / Service Accounts

Hi All,

 

Does anyone have any experience/idea's about how to manage non personal service accounts using RSA IGL. Preferably integrating with CyberArk in order to get a combination of password rotation (driven by CyberArk) and password synchronization (managed by RSA IGL).

 

I know in the past there was a blueprint that required creating identities for service accounts in order to maintain these, but that is not really a solution we like due to the number of accounts we need to manage.

 

Does anyone have any insights?

    Can you be more specific about what you mean with "managing" non-personal accounts ?

    Like:

    • defining ownership
    • performing access reviews
    • request new non-personal accounts and access
    • request changes to existing non-personal accounts and access
    • ...
