For the RSA products RSA typically only certifies new Operating System versions with new versions of the product. There are occasions where we make exceptions to this process, but it would be quite rare.

The same thing applies generally to the RSA Supplied Oracle database although the particulars may be different.

These are all forward looking statements. If you need this information for planning purposes, I recommend you reach out to RSA Sales as I am not permitted to make statements related to delivery dates in this forum.

I personally would not expect RSA to release an Oracle 19c database option for RHEL 9.0. This is speculation but I would expect that if we certify Oracle on RHEL 9.0 (or later) it would be against a different version of Oracle and a different version of Governance & Lifecycle.
