    I believe this document entitled RSA Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1 Azure Virtual Appliance Getting Started Guide is what you need to setup a new deployment of Authentication Manager on Azure.

     

    You will want to add your new replica in Azure, attach it to your current primary then promote it to primary (optional). You can then add additional replicas as needed. Eventually you would remove the old VM servers from the deployment.
