on the security console you can set a time limit for lockout policy. account is locked after 5 failed attempts in 30 minutes for example. but in the cloud console in company settings > authenticator settings there doesn't appear to be a setting for this.
There is a password lockout setting that has a lock duration, but does this apply to the RSA Authenticator as well?
