Currently I have an issue for my replica/secondary server for RSA AM 8.8 that always goes offline.
Kindly need help for my replica/secondary RSA server that always goes offline. I dont know what is the problem with the RSA, I have to restart physically the VM server to get online again.
Right now there is no traffic that pointing to the replica/secondary server, traffic is pointing to RSA main server. Here is the issue detail:
-For several hours, I still can access ssh through CLI but It stucks whenever I want to input user-admin and password. And also all the rsaserv cannot be access because that matter.
-After that I cannot access ssh/ port 22 the replica/secondary server at all.

We're rocking 8.8 w/o any of these issues.
Please contact support as you'd normally do as this is very high level community issues vs focused individual issues.
