You didn't mention what version of Authentication Manager you have installed currently.
Every major version of Authentication Manager has an Authentication Manager Setup and Configuration Guide (e.g., 8,7, 8.8, and just released today 8.9) or versions with a service pack (e.g., 8.7 SP1) that has an Appendix A with steps up upgrade your existing server(s).
Releases with a minor version or hotfix (i.e., 8.7 SP1 patch 1 or 8.8 patch 2 hot fix 1) has a readme with installation instructions (e.g. Authentication Manager 8,7 SP1 patch 3 readme).
