Issue
This article provides the steps on what to do to decrypt the RSA SecurID token seed media from CD/DVD and then import the token seed records into your Authentication Manager primary server so they can be assigned to users.
Included in this video are steps to use the Add Pack option if you have received more than one pack of hardware tokens.
Task
The customer will require access to the Download Central website https://dlc.rsasecurity.com to complete the tasks.
The folder will have a scratch panel which hides the password(s) required to import the token XML seed file into the RSA Authentication Manager Security Console, which is done after using the decryption code file and decryption utility to generate the token seed XML file.
Resolution
Please watch the

We have seen that when entering the token pack information, a lot of customers will put the caps lock on because the token pack information is provided in all caps. They then forget to remove caps lock when creating their password, so the password is in the incorrect case (pASSWORD vs. Password). If this happens, we recommend reengaging caps lock and entering the password as they thought it was created, using Shift if that was how the password was created (pASSwORD vs PassWord).
