As SLES 11 SP3 has reached End of Product Support, customer is planning to upgrade the operating system of the Soft-appliance from SLES 11 SP3 to SLES 11 SP4.
Can RSA Identity Governance & Lifcycle v7.0.0 run on SLES 11 SP4?
Resolution
The installer would have issues if SLES 11 SP4 was detected on RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.0.0 and while it may technically work, the customer could run into issues.
SLES 11 SP4 has been certified on RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle v7.0.2.
It is advised to consider RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle v7.0.2 if customer needs to move to SLES 11 SP4.
