Kanbanize - SAML SSO Agent Configuration - SecurID Access Implementation Guide
This section describes how to integrate SecurID Access with Kanbanize using a SAML SSO Agent.
Architecture Diagram
Configure SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service
Perform these steps to configure SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service(CAS) as an SSO Agent SAML IdP to Kanbanize.
Procedure

Sign into the SecurID Access Cloud Administration Console and browse to Applications > Application Catalog.

Search for Kanbanize then click on Add.

On Basic Information page enter a Name for the application, ie. Kanbanize Then click on Next Step.

On Connection Profile page.

Choose IDP-Initiated. Note: The following IdP-initiated configuration works for SP-initiated Kanbanize connections as well.
- In Connection URL field replace <Domain> with your company domain. For example, https://securidtest.kanbanize.com.

Note the Identity Provider URL and Issuer Entity ID. These values are automatically generated. They may be needed later for the configuration of Kanbanize.

Click on Generate Cert Bundle, set a a common name for your company certificate. Then click Generate and Download .

Select Choose File and upload the private key from the generated certificate bundle.

Select Choose File and upload the public cert from the generated certificate bundle. This is the cert.perm file.

Select Include Certificate on Outgoing Assertion.

Scroll down to Service Provider section.

For the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) replace the <Domain> for that of your Kanbanize instance. For example, https://securidtest.kanbanize.com/saml/acs.

For the Audience (Service Provider Issuer ID) replace the <Domain> for that of your Kanbanize instance. For example, https://securidtest.kanbanize.com/.

Scroll down to User Identity section.

Ensure Identifier Type = Email Address, set your Identity Source and Property = mail.

Expand the Advanced Configuration section.

In the Attribute Extension section click on +Add to add an additional attribute.

For Attribute Name set Email and for Property set mail. Note your property value may be different for your configuration.

Click Next Step.

On User Access page select the Access Policy you require. Allow All Authenticated Users is the least restrictive. Click Next Step.

On Portal Display Page.

Select Display in Portal.

Upload an Application Icon if you wish.

Set an Application Tooltip if you wish.

Click on Save and Finish.

For this new Connector, click on the down arrow next to the Edit button and Export Metadata to save off the IDP metadata information for configuration of .

Click on Publish Changes. Your application is now enabled for SSO. If you make any additional changes to the application configuration you will need to republish.
Configure Kanbanize
Perform these steps to integrate Kanbanize as an SSO Agent SAML SP to SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service.
Procedure

Login into your Kanbanize account.

Browse to Manage > Extensions.

Open the Administration panel and click on Integrations.

Got to Single Sign-On section.

Check enable.

For the IdP Entity Id enter the the Issuer Entity ID for the SecurID configuration above. For example, 6sajoiadl830.

For the Idp Login Endpoint enter the Identity Provider URL for the SecurID configuration above. For example, https://portal.test.my.rsa.net/IdPServlet?idp_id=6sajoiadl830.

For IdP X.509 Certificate copy and paste the value of the cert.pem certificate file from the generated certificate bundle above. Include the BEGIN/END comments.

Ensure the Attribute name for Email matches that of the additional attribute added in the SecurID Access configuration above, aka Email.

First Name and Last Name are optional. If you configure them you will also need to add the matching attributes in the SecurID Access configuration above.

Check Enable login with both SSO and Kanbanize.

Click on Save Settings.
Configuration is complete.
