Monitor Uptime Status for Cloud Access Service
You can monitor the current and historical uptime of Cloud Access Service (CAS) and the Cloud Administration Console on the service status page at http://status.securid.com. This page allows you to:
Check current service availability for all services in all regions
View in-progress incidents and associated notifications
View recent incident or maintenance notifications
Note: All statuses for the Authentication Service include My Page.
Access Uptime Status from the Cloud Administration Console Dashboard
You can access the http://status.securid.com page from the Cloud Administration Console dashboard.
Procedure
Sign in to the Cloud Administration Console.
On the dashboard, find the Hello greeting, as shown in the example below. The link at the end of the greeting (red box) specifies the location hosting CAS and Cloud Administration Console for your company. This link is different for every company.
Click the link to go to the list and find the location specific to your company. For example:
Subscribe to Notifications
To be notified of any changes to the status of CAS or Cloud Administration Console, click Subscribe to Updates and choose how you want to be notified (email, text, Slack, Atom Feed or RSS feed).
View recent uptime percentage
View historical uptime percentage
Note that all statistics for the Authentication Service include My Page.

You can view historical uptime for your services at https://status.securid.com/uptime.
Three-Month Historical Uptime
To view the three-month historical uptime for your services, click the name of the service to view availability for the previous three months period, or click View historical uptime on the http://status.securid.com page. The following example shows the historical uptime for the past three months.
