Unexpected error during command com.rsa.ucm.request.AddSelfServiceRequestCommand execution
Cause
Resolution
The default limit is three active tokens for each user. For more information see documentation entitled Assign Tokens to Users
Notes
- If the issue persists with assigning a second or third token, check to see if you are able to assign up to three tokens per user.
- Check if they have restricted the number of active tokens per user to a lesser value than that of default limit. See Restrict the Number of Active Tokens per User and 000063934-Limiting users to one token per user ID in RSA Authentication Manager 8.x
