How to change default port values in RSA Federated Identity Manager

Issue
When starting up the managed server, the console window shows the following:
weblogic.t3.srvr.FatalStartupException: Can't start server due to startup class
failure CSF startup - with nested exception:
[java.lang.Exception: can't shut down Weblogic server properly]
