Active Directory accountExpires Attribute Changed to Midnight
Was recently receiving an AFX unparseable date error for Active Directory
accounts when updating the accountExpires attribute saying that the format
should be 'MM-dd-yyyy HH:mm:ss'. Changed the transform that was being used,
tested, and I can see in the Attribute Synchronization request that AFX is
sending the Date/Time in the desired (now correct) format, but the
accountExpires attribute value in Active Directory is 23:59:59 the day before.

For example: AFX sets the accountExpires attribute for an Active Directory
account to '04-11-2023 11:00:00'. When it then tries to synchronize that
attribute, it sees that the accountExpires attribute value for the account is
set to '04-10-2023 23:59:59' in Active Directory.

Has anyone else experienced this / know a way to resolve?
