Alert Email for long running jobs
Hi Everyone,
Good Morning.. We are running SecurID application with version 7.5.2. I would
like to know are there any options to get an email alert when there is a
collection job which runs for a long time than expected or a job went on a
hung state.. Also, would like to know whether we can fetch the above state
from our database table..? Sometimes the jobs are not running when the above
scenario occurs in our environment and we need to monitor the job status
everytime for smooth process.. Would be really nice if we get this automated
instead of checking it manually everytime.
