Issue
Customer upgraded his phone to Android 10 and ever since cannot launch RSA Software token application. Launching RSA application gives the error "Disable Airplane mode through your settings options and restart your device.". This issue is reported only on Android 10. RSA application works on all other devices prior to upgrading to Android 10.

Android10_airplane_mode
Cause
The RSA Software Token application is not compatible with Android 10. This is reported as defect SWTANDR-614.
Resolution
RSA Engineering provided a fix via beta channel at https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.rsa.securidapp. This issue is resolved in RSA Software token v2.7.1 for Android.
