IssueThis article provides information on how to factory reset an Authentication Manager 8.1 hardware appliance from command line.
  1. SSH to the server using the rsaadmin account.
  2. Navigate to /opt/rsa/am/utils:
  3. Type the following command and when prompted, enter the Operations Console administrator username and password:
  4. Confirm that you want to perform the factory reset by entering y.
login as: rsaadmin
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.
Password: <enter OS user password>
