Issue

Attempt to upgrade the endpoint coordinator fails with below error message.

Cause

Antivirus is blocking the installer to launch and causing the interruption of the installation

Resolution

Disable the antivirus software and launch the installer again

Notes

The antivirus can be local on the server level or centrally on the Vmware level
