Self-Service Request Management
Self-Service automatically sends e-mail to notify you about user requests that you need to review. The types of requests are:
Self-Service accounts for new users. A new user is not in a directory server. Users must enter user information for an account.
Changes in user group membership
New or additional SecurID tokens
Replace an expired or about to expire SecurID token
Replace a broken or permanently lost SecurID token
On-demand authentication
You can perform the following tasks to manage requests:
View the status of a request. For more information, see View User Requests.
Search for user requests. For more information, see Search for User Requests.
Approve, reject, defer, or cancel requests. For more information, see Approve and Reject User Requests and Cancel User Requests.
Record how you deliver tokens and complete requests. For more information, see Complete User Requests.
