Runtime Web Services sends a request containing the following operation and no response is received from the request.
<tokenOptionEnabled xsi:type="xsd:boolean">false</tokenOptionEnabled>
All other runtime Web Services requests work correctly.

Resolution
Please note you must be on 6.1.3.4 prior to updating to 6.1.3.9
