Issue
The desktop machine with the RSA Authentication Agent 7.3.2 for Microsoft Windows has been configured with a setting to unlock the machine with RSA credentials and the timeout is set to 60 minutes.
If a machine is allowed to get locked automatically after the configured time interval, the user does not get passcode prompt. A user first authenticates with the SecurID passcode. After 60 minutes of idle time, the machine automatically locks out and the user is prompted for their Windows password but not for the SecurID passcode.
However, if the user locks the machine manually and then tries to unlock it, the user is prompted for their SecurID passcode. The expected behavior is that after 60 minutes of idle time, the user should be prompted for their SecurID passcode.
